Can my team just use Worship Pads without a church?
Yes. Worship Pads has its own subscription and works on its own. It costs less than a team or church plan. It does not unlock the church apps.
How does someone get into our church?
They make an account and ask to join with your church code. You and your leaders are notified and choose Accept or Decline. Nobody gets your church’s apps or information until you accept them.
What happens if someone leaves, or we stop paying?
People who leave or are removed lose the church’s apps straight away. If a church plan ends, the church returns to the free plan and its people keep the free apps.
Who can see our people’s practice?
Only the person, and the leaders they choose to share it with. Even then, a leader sees only whether they warmed up or practised, never what or for how long.
Where is my data kept?
Settings and files you save live on the Sanctuary server, linked to your account. Each person’s own settings and files are private to them. Files shared with a church are visible to people the church accepted.
