One account. Your church decides.
Make an account once and use it in every Sanctuary app. A church subscribes once, and everyone the church accepts gets what the plan includes.
Pick the account that fits you
A personal account
For one person. Worship Pads and Soundman each have their own subscription, with a 7-day free trial. It works on up to two of that person’s own devices and is not shared with anyone else. Vocal, Charts and Muso are free for your own practice.
A team account
For a worship team or any group. For each app you subscribe to (Worship Pads, Soundman), one subscription covers everyone connected to the team, and nobody outside it, for up to 25 people on up to 25 devices. The first 7 days are free. More apps as they are released.
A church account
For the whole church. For each app you subscribe to (Worship Pads, Soundman), one subscription covers everyone connected to the church, for up to 50 people on up to 50 devices. The first 7 days are free. A single plan covering every Sanctuary app is coming.
The church plan, in one example
A church takes the Church plan. Forty people on the worship team and staff each make an account and ask to join with the church’s code. A leader accepts them. From that moment all forty have every app and feature the Church plan includes: Pads, Vocal, Charts, Muso, Soundman, Team and Worship Leader, the church’s shared chart library and the leader’s weekly setlist.
Nobody pays on their own. If someone leaves or is removed, they lose the church’s apps straight away. If the church stops paying, the church goes back to the free plan.

Joining a church
Ask to join
Sign up, then type the church’s 8-character code.
A leader decides
The owner and leaders get a notification and tap Accept or Decline. Until then you have no access to the church or its subscription.
You are in
You get the church’s apps and features. A declined person can ask again later.
Your own settings and files
Every account keeps its own settings and files on the Sanctuary server, so your apps look the same on every device. They are private to you. A church can also keep shared files, such as its chart library, for the people it has accepted. Storage grows with the plan.
The leader’s setlist reaches the team
The worship leader finishes the setlist in Worship Leader and saves it to the service. In Charts and Muso, everyone in the church taps “Get this week’s setlist”. Songs the church has charts for open with the chart. Team shows the same songs and keys on the service page.
Who sees what
Leaders see
The people in their church, their instruments and their answers to schedule requests. Practice news only for people who chose to share it, and only whether they warmed up or practised, never songs, scores or times.
You control
Switch sharing off at any time, leave a church, delete your files and ask for your account to be deleted.
