What it does

  • A team list with everyone’s instruments, and filters by instrument
  • Schedule a Sunday, a special event or a rehearsal, repeating for the next 4 or 8 weeks
  • Positions for each service, with people who play that instrument shown first and anyone who is away clearly marked
  • Accept with a tick, or say you cannot make it, with an optional reason
  • A calendar to mark the dates you are away; the leader sees the whole team at a glance
  • Reminders before the practice and before the service, which you can switch on or off
