Privacy
This is a plain-language working draft. Have it reviewed by a lawyer before launch (including the South African POPIA privacy law).
What we keep
Your name and email, the churches you belong to and your role, the schedules, setlists and charts your church shares, your own saved settings and files, and (only if you switch it on) whether you warmed up or practised this week.
What your leaders can see
Leaders see the people in their church, their instruments and their answers to schedule requests. They see practice news only for people who chose to share it, and only the dates, never songs, scores or times.
Your choices
You can switch sharing off at any time, leave a church, remove your files and ask us to delete your account.
Payments
Card details are handled by the payment company. Sanctuary never sees or stores them.
